Some of you may know that I have been going through the process of rebranding my consulting company. Over 10 years ago during the financial crisis, I launched Clarity Financial Strategy to help small businesses access all types of financing. Acting as CFO for these businesses, I helped with their financial statements, investor materials and completed due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. I also helped them achieve operational efficiencies, increasing their profits. Having spent 10 years in investment banking and 10 years working as an executive in small businesses, I felt I had accumulated enough expertise to go big. In April of this year, I engaged Imprint Marketing Group, giving them a clean slate to come up with a new corporate name, a logo and a website. This three-month process included multiple interviews, workshops and discoveries to define who I am and what my business represents. I am thrilled to announce that this process is nearing its conclusion and the website will be launched very soon.
Starting tomorrow, I will be regularly posting blogs based on best and worst practices I have observed, as well as lessons I have learned throughout my career working with small businesses. I encourage you to follow me on LinkedIn to receive my updates. I am looking to grow a team to service multiple clients across the country, helping them with financing so they can focus on what they are good at – running their business. There is a massive communication gap between investors and small businesses, with many potential transactions falling through the cracks because they do not speak the same language.
